He Stepped Away From Skype For Just A Second. That’s When Something Spooky Moved Across The Screen

As technology has evolved over the last few years, so have ghosts” collective ability to take advantage of it and scare the pants off of people. This is especially true with digital cameras and new video game systems, which have become hot beds for ghostly activity and the occasional terrifying photobomb. Unfortunately, Redditor powerof19 learned this the hard way a couple of years ago when he was video chatting his girlfriend on Skype.

powerof19 says he was in the middle a 24-hour work shift when he decided to call his girlfriend on Skype to help pass the time.

The two left their video connection on while powerof19 went for his lunch break. That”s when his girlfriend saw something bizarre.

About 15 minutes into the 30-minute food break, powerof19″s girlfriend saw a strange, orb-like object moving around the room, which you can see in these photos.

Confused about what the object could be, she snapped several screenshots of the orb buzzing around the screen.

Some commenters pointed out that perhaps the object was a glitch with the Skype connection, but powerof19 disagrees. He says that he has been followed by spirits and unexplained phenomena his entire life. He doubts that the appearance of this object, or being, was a coincidence.

I”m starting to feel very limited by the amount of technology I can safely enjoy without having to worry about spirits using it to scare me.
