Most people don”t know the origins of the Easter Bunny, and they may never figure it out, even around this time of year. However, they don”t let that get in way of their heroic consumption of Easter candy, namely chocolate eggs. (I love those things.)

However, after eating a few dozen chocolate eggs in the weeks leading up to and then after Easter, I find myself wondering if maybe I”m missing something.
