These Stewardesses Aren’t The Only Changes Made In Air Travel Since the ’70s

Flying can be the worst. Not only do you get searched just to get on the plane, but you pay an arm and a leg in the terminal. From baggage fees to food and drinks, it”s no wonder the idea of a flight no longer evokes a cabin full of smiles.
It didn”t use to be this way. In fact, during the 1960s and “70s, this was far from reality. After going on a plane like these, it”s easy to see why flying used to be so much fun.
Great airplane travel service and experiences existed in the 1950s and “60s, but it was incredible around the 1970s.
From a spacious business class…
…to a happy and fun stewardess crew.
Flying was something people looked forward to, not something to dread.
Even though they had less overhead space in economy, no one felt nickled and dimed when they checked their bags for free.
Don”t you wonder if we”ll ever get this back?

This seems like a luxury compared to what we have now. Even business class pales in comparison to “70s travel. Now I”m going to be even more upset when I travel during the holidays.
