They Didn’t See The World The Way Most Do…’Til Something Miraculously Changed

By  |

What would life be like if you couldn”t differentiate between colors? Could you even imagine living without being able to see different colors?

Sadly, many people suffer from the affliction commonly known as color blindness. This often hereditary deficiency prevents certain people from viewing colors in various shades of reds, greens, blues, and/or other colors. While this may not compare to more debilitating issues, medical science is still trying to correct this problem, with better results each year.

The innovators at Valspar Paint recently developed glasses to help those who are color blind see the colors they”ve missed out on for the first time. The company brought in a number of people with color blindness to test their glasses, capturing their first reactions to seeing specific colors in the process. The results were pretty astounding.

This may not seem like too big of a deal, but imagine if you missed out on the wonderful world of color for the bulk of your life and were handed a pair of these miracle glasses. Your reaction would likely be the same. For more information about this project, visit Valspar Color For All to see what they are creating next.
